About Us
Mountain Meadow Mission
The mission of Mountain Meadow Elementary School is to ensure high levels of learning for each child preparing them for future successes.
Mountain Meadow Elementary is a joyful, inclusive learning community where every child and adult is known, valued, and empowered to grow. Through shared leadership and a culture of encouragement, we align curriculum, instruction, and assessment to state standards while honoring the diverse strengths, identities, and learning pathways of our students. We partner deeply with families and our broader community to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and celebrate collective success.
Grounded in Social, Emotional, and Behavioral (SEB) supports, we create safe, predictable, and caring environments in which students build skills for self‑regulation, empathy, problem solving, and responsible decision‑making. Our proactive, tiered systems use data to guide interventions, promote equity, and increase access to learning for all. We intentionally integrate technology and evidence‑based practices to engage learners and differentiate instruction.
Our staff is committed to ongoing professional learning, reflective practice, and collaborative problem‑solving. Together, we cultivate classrooms where academic rigor, belonging, and positive relationships intersect so that every student can thrive today and be ready to lead tomorrow.

We Believe
Every child can learn and deserves access to grade‑level academic opportunities with appropriate supports.
Belonging and relationships are foundational to learning.
Social, emotional, and behavioral skills must be taught, practiced, and reinforced just like academic skills.
Data—academic, behavioral, and climate—should guide instruction, intervention, and celebration.
Partnerships with families and community strengthen outcomes and trust.
Equity means removing systemic barriers so each student gets what they need to succeed.
Ongoing professional learning fuels consistent, high‑quality practice across classrooms.
